The terms that govern your use of the AK Fishers website and our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the AK Fishers website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These services are operated by AK Fishers Supplier LLP.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • Prices shown are indicative per-kilogram ranges that vary with size, grade and daily market rates. The final rate is confirmed at the time of order.
  • Orders must be placed at least one day in advance. Seafood is sold by weight; final billed weight may vary slightly (±10%) from the ordered weight due to natural variation, and any difference is adjusted in the final bill.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, with a full refund.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery slots are subject to availability and area coverage.
  • Delivery charges apply as shown at checkout; orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery.
  • While we strive for on-time delivery, delays due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances are not covered by compensation.

4. Quality & Freshness

We guarantee fresh, quality-checked seafood. If you are unsatisfied with the freshness of any item, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo and we will issue a replacement or refund.

5. Payments

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery. COD orders above ₹2,500 may require advance payment.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the delivery slot.
  • Refunds for online payments are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

AK Fishers is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
